First install your printer as a network printer. (Such as Microsoft Networking backboned)
Next select use for MS-DOS Programs.
Capture LPT1 as the printer port.
Then, go into printers under the control panel and verify that it is connected to the LPT1 Port
It should look something like [LPT1: (\\MYSERVER\PRINTER)]Where: MYSERVER is the name for your server
and PRINTER is the name for your printer.You do not need to modify the PIPEPRO.BAT file.
Printing - PIPE-PRO requires that the printer emulate or be compatible with PCL printer control language. Most office printer are PCL compatible. However, most "photo" printers are not. PIPE-PRO can print on network printers, USB printers, parallel port printers or com port printers that are PCL compatible.
